Booking

A ticket holds one spot in one class at The Recording Club. Your ticket is the link we text you; staff scan it at the door.

Payment and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Stripe. Cancel more than 24 hours before class from your ticket link and you get a full refund to the card you paid with. Inside 24 hours the ticket is not refundable.

If TRC or the host cancels a class, every paid ticket is refunded in full.

Waitlist

When a class is full you can join the waitlist for free. If a spot opens we text the next person, who has a limited time to claim it before it passes on.

Filming

Classes are filmed. By attending you agree that TRC and the host may record you during class and share and post that footage. Tell staff before class if you would rather stay out of frame.

At the studio

Dance at your own pace and within your own limits; you take part at your own risk. Follow staff directions, respect the room and the gear, and leave no one feeling unsafe. TRC can refuse entry or remove anyone who does not, without a refund.

Hosts

Hosts teach their own classes and are responsible for their instruction and music. TRC provides the room, lights, cameras, ticketing and payouts under the host agreement.

Your account

Sign-in is by a code texted to your phone. Keep your phone secure. You can delete your account at any time under My tickets.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TRC's liability for any claim about a class is limited to what you paid for that ticket.
